Your people want great relationships amidst the craziness of life. You want to help them but only have so much time to give. Polished offers marriage mentoring that scales without you having to lift a finger.

Polished was designed to solve key problems with most programs:

1. Never enough mentor couples.

2. Managing programs takes a lot of time.

3. Many church leaders don’t feel prepared to lead this kind of thing. Seminary only spent a few classes on the topic.

4. Most programs end after a few months but we want our marriages to last for the long haul. Where is the lifetime learning program to keep people at their best during every stage of life?

Polished is an innovative program that seeks to package a lifetime program into something leaders can just turn on, so they can focus on building their church.

• All materials are created and constantly updated to keep the experience unique and challenging.

• Expert facilitators host each class. Small group leaders just have to dial the group in. They don’t feel the burden of needing to be experts themselves.

How it works

Using the power of technology to bring expert facilitators to your group live.

Small groups meeting in a home can join by video conference. This keeps the power of community intact. Class facilitators from Polished lead the class through a 1 hour experience which typically consists of 3 skills and 3 workouts. Participants get a 5 minute technique lesson for each skill and then a workout programmed to help them practice it. Most of the time is spent with couples practicing together. The goal is to theory into action and walk out fundamentally more skill in relationships in 60 minutes. After the workout is over, small groups typically end the video class and catch up on what’s been going on: home repairs gone wrong, crazy kids, and story-worthy bosses.

Individual couples who wish to attend class from home may get an even better experience. Polished recognizes that many people are terrified to go to a marriage program because they don’t want to be asked awkward questions or be overheard by others. Their greatest desire is to have a private conversation. Polished is designed for this because participants workout on “mute” meaning nobody can hear them talk, and they cannot hear anyone else talk. This perfect for couples who want the freedom to discuss what matters most.
