Why

Earn $25 for 5 minutes of time.

• RelationFit is trying to measure the effectiveness of its programing. 

• Measurements are taken before and after a multi-week class.

• Measurements are anonymous. We don’t know who completed a survey. 

• If you filled out the 2 minute relationship satisfaction survey at the beginning of class, you are eligible to fill it out at the end. 

• Couples who each fill out a survey will receive $25 Amazon Gift Card by emal. Individuals will receive $12.50.

How

• Send info@relation.fit an email saying “Survey Complete.”

• Check your email 24 hours later for a gift card from Amazon.
